PURPOSE
The homogenizer is often necessary to mix one or more substances within a liquid/ emulsion. This device allows to micronize and scatter the particles suspended in the fluid, so that the product becomes highly stable, no matter the following treatments and stockings the products may undergo.

Milk: for breaking and dispersing the fat globules to the size of 2 microns or below in milk / reconstituted milk or ice cream mix/white butter (80%) or butter oil (100% fat) in molten state. Homgeneous integration of particles.
